Job Description

The Treasury Manager is responsible for leading and managing the companys treasury function, including cash flow management, liquidity management, risk management, and financial planning. The Treasury Manager works closely with the CFO and senior management to ensure that the companys financial resources are managed effectively and efficiently in support of the companys strategic goals.

  • Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies to manage the companys cash flow, liquidity, and risk.
  • Oversee the companys cash management activities, including cash forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Manage the companys banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms on loans and other financial products.
  • Implement and monitor hedging strategies to mitigate the companys exposure to financial risks, such as foreign exchange risk and interest rate risk.
  • Develop and maintain Treasury management systems and controls.
  • Prepare and present treasury reports to the CFO and senior management.
  • Work with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to support the companys business initiatives.
