Overview Position Senior Manager, Engagement & Awareness Job Code Reports to Mobility Executive Director Directly Reports to Strategy & Public Affairs Director Division Department of Mobility Department Mobility Role Purpose NEOM Mobility Department is aiming to disrupt the existing models and set a new standard for governance in the world. It will institutionalize the Authority of the Future, which is Digitally native, adaptive, Lean and Citizen / Business-centric.To achieve this ambitious roadmap, the Engagement & Awareness Senior Manager, under the Strategy & Public Affairs Director will be required to provide and build effective communication & collaboration structures and build powerful relationships within the internal and external stakeholders of the Sector to achieve Departments long-term goals and objectives.These functions need to be established in a time critical manner whilst meeting the NEOM objectives of being lean and efficient whilst disrupting the established norms.Key Accountabilities & Activities Core functional ResponsibilitiesThe core function of the Sr. manager will be to develop, manage and ensure the stakeholders management plan for the department as well as coordinate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.To that end, he/she will coordinate on a continuous basis with all concerned areas of the Mobility Department, and with the relevant sections of other bodies within NEOM.He/she will build a strong relation and cooperate with KSA bodies, particularly with Ministry of Transport (MOT) and other relevant stakeholders at the public administration level.
