Overview Position Utilities Manager Job Code Reports to Technical Services Senior Manager Direct Reports Managers, SMP s and Consultants Division Sindalah Department Role Purpose The Utilities Manager holds a strategic position in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of Sindalahs utility services, both dry and wet, provided by ENOWA and ENOWA DSO. By effectively coordinating between the Dry and Wet Utilities Managers, this role ensures adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contributes significantly to Sindalahs ultra-luxury standards.Key Accountabilities & Activities Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the management and operation of both dry and wet utility services, ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable utility services across Sindalahs assets.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Dry and Wet Utilities Managers, promoting a unified approach to utility management.
  • Engage with stakeholders and liaise with ENOWA and ENOWA DSO to understand expectations, ensuring that utility services meet and exceed these expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Services Senior Manager and other relevant managers to align utilities strategies with Sindalahs operational goals and NEOMs vision.
  • Employ cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of utility services.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Effective coordination and integration of dry and wet utility services contributing to Sindalahs ultra-luxury standards.
  • Positive stakeholder engagement and feedback regarding utility services.
  • Successful alignment of utility strategies with Sindalahs operational goals and NEOMs vision.
  • Compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in managing utility services within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders and liaise with utility service providers.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to enhance utility services.
  • Knowledge of relevant utility, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Utilities Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in utilities management are preferred.
