Perform routine lab tests on wastewater and sludge: TSS, VSS, SVI, COD, and BOD, Nitrogen species, Total Phosphorus, heavy metals, pH, temperature, hardness, turbidity, conductivity, microscope observation and bacterial culture.
Monthly testing of gases.
Monitoring of dewatering process.
Record daily analysis data.
Cross check of lab tests with standard methods.
Prepare monthly lab stock.
Calibrate lab equipment and sensors (pH meter, BOD sensors).
Clean lab glassware and maintain lab equipment in good status.
Extract online daily flow, pH and ORP values.
Evaluate quality of materials.
Report daily analysis in the register book.
Report weekly data of lab testing, NC and diesel reception.
Prepare monthly data sheets.
Prepare monthly non-conformities report.

Must be available to handle emergency situations after hours, weekends and holidays.
